Derek Floor joined the agency in 2017 and currently holds one of two Commercial Account Executives at Callis Insurance. With a career dating back to 2007, Derek possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry and holds licenses in property, casualty, life, and health.

Hailing from Salem, Oregon, Derek is rooted in the Northwest and completed his education at Pacific Lutheran University before making his way to Washington. He finds immense joy in being a father to two incredible children while embracing the moments of pure delight and humorous sass that parenthood brings. Derek’s enthusiasm also extends to sports, particularly football and baseball, with a strong affinity for the Seahawks and Mariners. It has also been rumored that Derek is a closet Oregon State Beavers fan.

Derek actively lives in the Bremerton community and serves as an ambassador to those outside the home office of Port Angeles. His guiding principle revolves around valuing interpersonal connections, where his motto “all things people” is practiced and displayed.
