Melissa Briggs’s initial tenure with us spanned from 2011 to 2014, during which she contributed to the Commercial Lines department as a Licensed Account Executive. Melissa returned in 2018 taking on the pivotal role of Operations Manager and Bookkeeper. Having cultivated a wealth of experience across more than two decades in Office Management and Bookkeeping, Melissa has finely honed her expertise within the realms of insurance, construction, and real estate industries.

Melissa’s connection with the Olympic Peninsula dates back to 1991 when she made it her home. She proudly graduated from Sequim High School in 1993. Today, she embraces the splendor of the Olympic Peninsula while tending to the responsibilities of parenthood. Outside of her professional and familial commitments, Melissa indulges in reading mysteries and indulging her creativity through watercolor painting.
